Joe Meyer is a 1984 Graduate of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.  He received his Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. After college, Joe worked for President Reagan in Strategic Defense Initiative, SDI (also know as "The Star Wars Programs" as an Electromagnetic Gun Engineer in the US Air Force.  After leaving the Air Force Joe opened Oscar's Computers in Fort Walton Beach Florida.  In January 2000, Joe and his partners decided to go virtual and take the computer repair business to our customers location with On-Site-Help.
